You can expect a movement analysis to help create better habits and mobility, an individualised warm up and mobility exercise prescription, a specific training program including access via the training app, nutrition guidance with explanations, and training methods that are science-backed with evidence to succeed.
The location is 100% private, allowing 45 minutes of focus and efficiency in getting done what needs to be done. You can create an environment that best suits your training needs, and not need to worry about other members. If you prefer to train with a friend(s) and split the cost of training, partner and small group sessions are available to help encourage and motivate everyone involved.
