Besides having over 10 years experience in his own training and 7+ years as a Personal Trainer, Brad is constantly looking into new research and training methods to try and maximise results for his clients.
Not only does he keep up to date with research, but Brad is a strong believer in teaching his clients new methods of training with simple explanations and demonstrations.
