With over a decade of industry experience and 8+ years as a Personal Trainer and Strength & Conditioning Coach, Brad is dedicated to continuous learning, always exploring the latest research and training methods to maximise results for his clients.

Beyond staying up to date with industry advancements, Brad believes in empowering his clients through educationā€”breaking down complex training techniques into simple, effective explanations and demonstrations.

Although Brad primarily works with general population clients focused on health and fitness, his training isnā€™t limited to the “average Joe”ā€”nor does he take a one-size-fits-all approach. His success spans a diverse range of clients, from 12-year-olds just starting their fitness journey to 80-year-olds looking to stay active. He has worked with both seasoned athletes aiming to enhance performance and complete beginners stepping into the gym for the first time, as well as busy professionals striving to prioritize their health.
