The Hybrid program combines both Personal Training and Online Coaching, ensuring you have access to the information, help, and motivation you need throughout your fitness journey, but with the flexibility of Online Coaching.

With the Hybrid program, majority of your training will be reliant on your individuality and your ability to follow the workouts provided to you in your own time. Your workout split is designed around your schedule, giving you the ability to control when and where you want to train.

This program includes a weekly personal training session focused on answering any questions you have about exercise or nutrition, providing guidance on specific exercises from any workout, and helping you push your limits. To further increase enjoyment and save money, Hybrid Coaching is also available in small groups (max 3 people), with each client receiving their own personalised program.

This option is great for those individuals who want more control over their training but still want in-person guidance and coaching or want to transition into Online coaching without giving up all benefits of personal training.
