The Athlete Monitoring program brings you into the world of professional athletes to ensure correct loading protocols are in place for injury prevention, athletic improvement optimisation, recovery management, performance tracking, and most importantly, tactical analysis.

In this program, the athlete will be provided with a Global Positioning Device (GPS) to use during on-field training and gameday. The device will collect information such as total distance covered (km), heat maps, work rate, hard running (>16.2km/h) and hard running efforts, sprinting (>21.2km/h) and sprinting efforts, top speed, 2D and 3D loading, and much more. This information is not only great metrics to have to see improvements and work rate, but also are used to maximise training and recovery to better suit the athlete.

Each week, a report will be created and sent to the athlete’s coach with explanations on each metric and any possible recommendations to training.

Although not necessary, the athlete is also recommended to partake in a structured strength & conditioning program, which can also be added to the weekly report and load management and provides a full 360 degrees of protection and secure growth.

If you’re serious about your sport, you should already be doing this. Don’t waste any more time guessing!

NOTE: the athlete has the option to provide their own GPS device or rent a device off the coach. If a new device has to be purchased, the rented device will be paid in full (at price of device).
