1 Week of free training includes either 7 days of online programming from the ‘7 Day Trial’ for non-sign ups plus 1 x face to face personal training session, or 1 full week of face to face training sessions equivalent to the sessions signed up for (1 week payment to be made in advance before free week) including programming to go with it. Free Week must be commenced no more than 30 days from the consultation.
