Face to Face & Small Group Coaching
Guarantee your fitness results by committing to an in-person training program designed and delivered by an experienced and educated coach. Whatever your goals or training experience, expect in-depth coaching that will help create better, stronger movements while reducing injury risk.
Expect movement and exercise analysis, individualised warm up and mobility exercise prescription, specific programming delivered to your phone, nutrition guidance, flexible rescheduling system, and training methods that utilise scientific evidence to help you understand your body and training..
Details:
1-on-1, 2-on-1 and small group all available
45 minute sessions (plus 5 minutes warm up time)
Weekday schedule: 6am to 7pm (session start)
Saturday schedule: 6am to 10am (session start)
Location: Carrum Downs
